Dumfries & Galloway Chamber of Commerce held their annual business awards night last Friday at Easterbrook Hall, The Crichton supported by Headline sponsor Business Gateway Dumfries & Galloway. With over 270 business people from across the region in attendance, it was a fantastic evening celebrating the regions businesses. The Business awards, this year hosted by Lori Carnochan, are held annually to celebrate the regions businesses from a wide range of sectors and to shine the spotlight on them for their fantastic work they do within D&G and beyond. With 35 finalists making the final shortlist of 13 award categories, the independent judges had the very hard task deciding a winner for each award. The evening was a testament to the unwavering spirit and dedication of the region's entrepreneurs in the face of unprecedented challenges.
Among the highlights of the evening were the recognition and celebration of businesses that have made significant contributions to the local economy, community, and beyond. From startups to established enterprises, the awards honoured a diverse array of industries, reflecting the vibrant economic landscape of Dumfries & Galloway.

The success of the Dumfries & Galloway Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025 underscores the resilience and adaptability of the region's business community in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities. It also reflects the Chamber's commitment to supporting and promoting the prosperity of businesses in Dumfries & Galloway. The evening was concluded with entertainment from Josephine & the Shades sponsored by The Jolly Harvester.
