CHAMBER LEGAL SUPPORT SERVICE

QUEST provides our legal support service. As part of your memberships members of the Chamber receive access to our Legal Helpline, allowing them to have free advice on any employment, legal or tax matter. Member businesses also benefit from £100,000 (for any one claim) and £1,000,000 aggregate limit (all claims notified in any one period of insurance) with a Nil excess applicable to the policy.

The policy provides cover for Chamber Member's business in matters including:

Employment Disputes, Health & Safety Prosecutions, Tax Protection, Criminal Prosecution Defence, Statutory Licence Protection, Jury Service Allowance, Property Disputes, Data Protection, Wrongful Arrest Defence, Personal Injury Cover, Motor Legal Expenses Cover
